If you purchase before a shipping date your order will be shipped out during that week. Anything AFTER the shipping week has passed it will be shipped out the following date stated below.

- You placed an order on our website, When will my package be shipped?
CHECK DATES DOWN BELOW TO SEE WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED OUT! All orders require 5 - 10 business days of processing time for packaging (Excluding weekends and holidays/occasions) before they are shipped. Please note: This does not include major holidays and weekends. Errors in the postal service, weather, and holidays can all cause delays in delivery.
Shipping Time Frame: 5 -10 full business days processing time + your selected shipping method transit time = Estimated delivery time. It ships out on the dates posted below.
- How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs depend on how much you order, where you live, the weight of the package (if you live out of the US) and which shipping method you choose. Before you make your final purchase, you will see the cost of shipping.
- Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship internationally to most countries outside of the United States. Before making a payment, shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at the checkout. Please be aware that international shipments take more time than domestic ones.
Any additional costs (such as customs, duties, taxes, etc.) incurred by customers during or after shipping are entirely their responsibility. Before placing an order, please verify the fees with your local post office.
- My package was returned back to the sender. What happens now?
The most common reason packages are returned to us is invalid addresses. Please use our contact page if your order is returned due to an address issue; we will issue a store credit for the entire order. Please be aware that, for sanitary reasons, we do not resend returned packages.
- How do I change my address after my package has been shipped?
If the customer provided an incorrect address, we are not liable for the order's delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address and verify its accuracy.
- I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Please contact us via our contact page with the incorrect item's image and order number. Within 2 - 3 business days, we will try to find a solution for you.
- My package or items are damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us via our contact page and send us a picture of the damaged item or package. We will try to find a solution for you within 2 - 3 business days.​
